   How oil-air separator works?

The oil-air separator is used to separate the oil mist particles from the oil-gas mixture to make the compressed air cleaner. The oil mist particle is recycled inside compressor through oil return pipe after separated.

New Type Material

    The oil-air separator makes of high efficiency and low resistance highly polymer material which has unique surface structure and gradient density. It is not only can eliminate the liquid drop in compressed air but also can guarantee lower flow resistance of clean air, greatly improve the separation effect.

Working Pressure 

    When the normal working pressure is 0.7MPa-1.3MPa, the initial differential pressure of oil-gas separator is between 0.15-0.25Bar. The oil content of the compressed air can be controlled below 3ppm, and the oil mist particles of the compressed air can be controlled below 0.1 μm.

Service Life

     Service life of air & oil separator is above 4000 hours, which depends on following factors, such as design of air & oil separator barrel, routine maintenance, environmental cleanliness, quality of lubricating oil, working temperature and quality of air & oil separator.
