Operation Instructions:

A: Before Operation:

1. Ensure the power supply voltage is aligned and the power indicator glows brightly, signaling readiness.
2. Gently open the leak valve of the oil & gas tank to drain condensed water. Quickly close the valve once oil begins to leak, maintaining system integrity.
3. Check the oil level meticulously and maintain it within the designated indicator range for optimal performance.
4. For water-cooled systems, verify the cooling water supply is functioning flawlessly and consistently.
5. When the generator is driving the belt, ensure the belt tension is perfectly balanced-neither too loose nor too tight.

B: Start up

1. Engage the main power switch confidently.
2. Activate the motor by pressing the start button; the working indicator light should illuminate, confirming operational status.
3. Thoroughly check that the discharge pressure gauge and lubricating oil pressure gauge are indicating correctly and within specified ranges.

C: Operation

Maintain exhaust temperature meticulously between 75ºC-95ºC to prevent condensation, precipitation, and oil emulsification.

D: Stop

1. Press the 'off' button. After a brief 10-15 seconds, the delay electromagnetic valve will activate, and the compressor will cease operation smoothly.
2. Ensure to turn off the power completely.
3. Reserve the emergency stop button solely for urgent situations-avoid casual use.

E: Precautions:

1. During initial start-up and post-motor maintenance, ensure the press runs in the direction indicated by the arrow.
2. Do not mix different brands of river lubricating oils, as compatibility is crucial for system health.
3. For details on changing consumables, lubricating oil, and comprehensive operation methods, please refer to the instruction manual for guidance.
