Water lubrication oil-free screw air compressor
Water lubrication oil-free screw air compressor is divided into: single-screw water lubrication oil-free screw air compressor and twin-screw water lubrication oil-free screw air compressor.
Water lubricated single screw compressor adopts water as lubricant, which fundamentally solves the problem of possible pollution caused by lubricant to the environment.


Advantages:
1, the same power, the same pressure compared to the dry oil-free screw machine has a larger displacement, more energy-saving;

2, single-stage compression pressure up to 13 bar, two-stage compression up to 40 bar or more; can solve the dry oil-free screw compressor 10 kilograms of pressure embarrassing situation;

3, close to isothermal compression: air-cooled compressor host temperature rise ambient temperature +22 ~ 24 ºC; water-cooled compressor host temperature rise ambient temperature +14 ~ 15 ºC;

4, self-lubricating bearings, there is no drop of oil in the compression system, when the inhalation gas is oil-free, the discharge gas is pure oil-free, without any oil pollution;

5, lower maintenance costs: daily maintenance consumables for the air filter and water filter; lubrication water for automatic replenishment, no need for artificial water, no downtime in the process of automatic water replacement;
