Operation Instructions:

A: Before Operation:

1. Ensure the voltage of the power supply matches the required specifications and verify that the power indicator light is illuminated, signaling readiness.
2. Open the leak valve of the oil and gas tank to drain condensed water. Close it immediately upon detecting any oil leaks to prevent loss.
3. Check the oil level meticulously and maintain it within the designated indicator marks for optimal performance.
4. For a water-cooled system, confirm that the cooling water supply is operating normally to ensure efficient heat dissipation.
5. When the generator drives the belt, adjust the belt tension correctly, ensuring it is neither too loose nor too tight for smooth operation.

B: Start-up

1. Activate the main power switch to begin the start-up process.
2. Press the start button to engage the motor; the working indicator light will confirm successful activation.
3. Examine the discharge pressure gauge and lubricating oil pressure gauge to ensure they indicate correct and safe levels.

C: Operation

Maintain the exhaust temperature between 75ºC and 95ºC. This prevents condensation, precipitation, and emulsification of the oil for consistent performance.

D: Stop

1. Press the 'off' button. After 10-15 seconds, the delay electromagnetic valve will activate, bringing the compressor to a halt.
2. Ensure the power is turned off completely to secure the system.
3. Avoid using the emergency stop button unless it is an actual emergency to prevent unnecessary wear.

E: Precautions:

1. For the initial startup and post-maintenance, verify the press's running direction is correct, as indicated by the directional arrow.
2. Refrain from mixing different brands of river lubricating oil to maintain oil integrity and performance.
3. For changing consumables and lubricating oil, and to understand detailed operation methods, please consult the instruction manual.
