Operation Instructions:

A: Before Operation:

1. Ensure that the power supply voltage is correct and that the power indicator light is glowing.
2. Gently open the leak valve of the oil & gas tank, drain out any condensed water, and swiftly close the leak valve as soon as oil starts to appear.
3. Verify the oil level and maintain it within the specified indicator range for optimal performance.
4. For the water-cooled system, confirm that the cooling water supply is functioning normally.
5. If the generator is driving the belt, ensure the belt tension is appropriately adjusted-not too loose nor too tight-for smooth operation.

B: Start Up

1. Switch the main power on.
2. Activate the motor by pressing the start button; the working indicator light will illuminate.
3. Verify that the discharge pressure gauge and lubricating oil pressure gauge are providing correct readings.

C: Operation

Maintain the exhaust temperature between 75ºC-95ºC to prevent condensation, precipitation, and emulsification of the oil.

D: Stop

1. Press the 'off' button; after 10-15 seconds, the delay electromagnetic valve will engage, halting the compressor operation.
2. Ensure that the power is turned off.
3. Avoid using the emergency stop button unless in an actual emergency.

E: Precautions:

1. Before initial start-up and post-motor maintenance, confirm the press runs in the direction indicated by the arrow.
2. Refrain from mixing river lubricating oil from different brands to ensure system integrity.
3. For details about changing consumables and lubricating oil, as well as detailed operation methods, please consult the instruction manual.
